When you become a member of our choirs, we collect your name and either your email address or phone number (if you prefer not to use email). Our lists’ sole purpose is to keep you informed about local choir activities, and we will not share your details with any third parties.

To ensure our lists are up to date, we update them annually and remove any member who hasn't attended for a year without notifying us. We store your information on our computers, which we regularly back up, or on cloud storage. If you decide to be removed from our list, we'll promptly take care of it.

If you want to know what information we have about you and where we keep it, we'll be happy to oblige and explain our procedures. We'll keep a record of your request and how we addressed it.
